The Business Process Officer is responsible for the implementation of Quality Management System and Food Safety and Management System in support of the Head Office and Plant Site Operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review existing Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines (PPG) to ensure they are relevant and followed.
  • Initiate process documentation and improvement action/s in coordination with process owners
  • Manage controlled documents by registering, issuing approved versions, removing outdated ones, and keeping records up to date.
  • Track non-conformities, suggest solutions, and keep records of issues and corrective actions for easy monitoring.
  • Regularly review and update the Roster of Risk and Opportunities.
  • Perform regular audits to check compliance with PPG and support internal and external audit activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledgeable in ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22000)
  • Proven experience in internal auditing
  • Internal Audit/ISO certifications are an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
