The Business Process Officer oversees the implementation of the Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System to support both Head Office and Plant Site operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review current Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines (PPG) to ensure they remain applicable and are properly followed.
  • Coordinate with process owners to initiate process documentation and improvement actions.
  • Manage controlled documents by registering, distributing approved versions, removing obsolete ones, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and maintain records for effective tracking.
  • Periodically update the Roster of Risks and Opportunities.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with PPG and assist in both internal and external audit activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 22000.
  • Experience in internal auditing.
  • Internal Audit or ISO certifications are a plus.
