Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor all network devices, communication links, and site equipment using NOC tools and dashboards.
  • Detect and respond to network, connectivity, and power-related incidents in real-time.
  • Perform first-level diagnostics and remote troubleshooting for routers, SIMs, and site communication devices.
  • Coordinate with field engineers and vendors for onsite maintenance and support.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and document all incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures.
  • Support network configuration, firmware updates, and performance optimization.
  • Generate performance and utilization reports; identify trends and recurring issues.
  • Contribute to process automation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT security and access control policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Network Operations, Site Monitoring, or Telecom Infrastructure Support.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, VLANs, VPN).
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG, Datadog, SolarWinds).
  • Familiar with industrial routers, rectifiers, gensets, and SIM-based communication devices.
  • Scripting or automation experience (Python, PowerShell, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and coordination skills.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
