What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in network monitoring or related roles
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
• Experience with NOC monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
• Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies
• Knowledge of scripting for automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell)

Your Daily Impact

Network Monitoring

• Monitor network performance, servers, and critical systems using NOC tools and dashboards
• Respond to alerts and alarms promptly to minimize downtime

Incident Management

• Diagnose and resolve network issues, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary
• Document incidents, root causes, and resolutions in ticketing systems

Maintenance & Support

• Perform routine health checks on network devices, servers, and applications
• Apply patches, updates, and configuration changes as directed

Communication & Coordination

• Provide real-time updates to stakeholders during outages or critical incidents
• Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and vendors for issue resolution

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate logs of network events and performance metrics
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on network health and incidents

Continuous Improvement

• Suggest improvements for monitoring tools, processes, and incident response
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in network operations
