- At least 5 years of professional experience in driving business requirements (experience in financial services organizations is a plus).
- Part of the execution team for a minimum of 3 projects, and should have worked end-to-end on those projects from requirements gathering to deployment Understand the high-level processes and products in financial services.
- Able to clearly articulate business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Able to translate requirements to testable requirements and write test cases and test outcome for each requirement.
- Ability to effectively communicate business needs to the technology teams.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
MUST HAVE: Financial transaction background. Understanding of the end-to-end flow of a financial transaction. Banking background preferred. Background on developing projects and has knowledge on using Microsoft Office tools.
