We are seeking a
Cyber Security Specialis
t to join our team and play a critical role in protecting client environments. This senior-level position is designed for experienced professionals who excel in advanced threat analysis, compliance, and building strong cybersecurity programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead timely response and investigation of cybersecurity alerts to mitigate account compromise threats.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity policies and documentation aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth cybersecurity assessments for regulated and non-regulated clients, including risk analysis, control evaluations, and compliance gap identification.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on cybersecurity metrics; lead quarterly controls testing to validate compliance.
  • Perform and oversee vulnerability scans, phishing simulations, and assist with penetration testing initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance for due diligence questionnaires, cybersecurity insurance applications, and regulatory inquiries.
  • Recommend and implement advanced security controls and best practices to strengthen client security posture.
  • Collaborate with Client IT Services teams to improve compliance, manage risk, and bolster operational effectiveness.
  • Mentor junior associates and contribute to continuous improvement of client cybersecurity programs.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional cybersecurity experience with proven track record in client-facing environments.
  • Deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO and risk/compliance assessments.
  • Hands-on proficiency with security tools for vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response.
  • Exceptional communication skills for developing policies, reporting, and guiding clients on regulatory and insurance requirements.
