About the Role:

We are hiring a Quality Control Staff who will ensure that all raw materials and finished products meet company quality standards. This role plays a key part in food safety, warehouse integrity, and production alignment through inspection, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Document findings, maintain quality records, and prepare inspection reports.
  • Monitor warehouse conditions (temperature, humidity, sanitation) and enforce traceability measures.
  • Coordinate with Production and QA teams to resolve quality issues and verify in-process materials.
  • Support food safety, HACCP, GMP, and sanitation compliance within the facility.
  • Assist during internal and external audits by providing accurate quality data and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in quality control, food handling, warehousing, or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate in documentation, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with other departments.
  • Familiarity with inspection tools and monitoring practices is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
