Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive supply sector (e.g., brake linings, filters, engine parts).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with auto shops or auto supply.
Promote and demonstrate product features and benefits to clients.
Provide accurate quotations, process orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the auto parts, automotive supply industry, retail products, or other related fields
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of auto parts, accessories, and common mechanical applications is a plus.
Proficient in using mobile tools (e.g., CRM apps, Microsoft Office).
Willing to do fieldwork and travel to client sites.
Must be willing to cover and develop the South Mindanao markets.
Valid driver's license is required.
