Job Responsibilities:

Project Ownership & Product Leadership

  • Define product vision, success metrics, and delivery timelines for assigned special projects.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements in alignment with company goals and user needs.
  • Serve as the Product Owner, guiding the project from concept to release.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to identify, evaluate, and plan future special projects.

Business Analysis & Planning

  • Translate business goals into detailed technical and functional specifications.
  • Design and document user flows, wireframes, and mockups as needed.
  • Work with stakeholders and end-users to validate requirements and improve usability.

Development & Technical Contribution

  • Serve as the primary or co-developer on special projects, contributing especially to the Front-End development stack.
  • Modify and extend existing codebases where necessary.
  • Set up development processes, tools, and documentation for smooth collaboration with other developers.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Perform end-to-end testing to ensure product quality and stability before deployment.
  • Work with QA Engineers (if assigned) to create and manage test cases and scripts.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • When applicable, lead small project teams that may include Developers, BAs, and QAs.
  • Conduct sprint planning, standups, and reviews in projects follQualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Project Management, or a similar role in the IT/software industry.
  • Strong skills in writing detailed program specifications and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Bonus points for:
  • Experience in leading projects and teams.
  • A graduate of an IT program - CS, IT, IS, MIS, etc
  • Knowledge of database & system administration.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance​

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of combined experience in Product Ownership/Management and Front-End Development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle.
  • Proficient in front-end development technologies (e.g., React, Vue, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Experience working on mobile-first or responsive design projects.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to lead through influence and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php65, Php80,000.00 per month
