Job Summary:
The Project Manager – HR Accommodations is responsible for executing and overseeing employee equipment requests related to workplace accommodations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws such as the ADA, FMLA, and related state regulations. This role manages end-to-end processes and collaborates across departments to support accommodation orders and to support an inclusive and accessible workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accommodation Management
o Manage the end-to-end process for employee accommodation equipment requests from intake through resolution.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients requesting accommodation, equipment and vendors.
o Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., managers, legal, safety, facilities) to evaluate and action accommodation request fulfillment.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors regarding accommodation equipment.
o Ensure all cases are handled in a timely, confidential, and legally compliant manner.
· Project & Program Oversight
o Plan and execute HR projects related to employee accommodation orders.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, Facilities, and IT.
o Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Communicate project updates and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate data and reporting systems to monitor requests, timelines, and outcomes.
o Prepare and manage detailed project documentation including plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports.
o Deliver weekly updates and participate in status meetings with the Accommodations Manager.
· HR Systems and Data Management
o Track and report on accommodation requests and outcomes.
o Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure system updates, user access, and data integrity.
· Resource and Budget Administration
o Track project budgets and resource allocations related to HR initiatives.
o Support procurement and vendor management processes for HR services and tools
Qualifications:
· Experience:
o Proven experience managing complex projects and programs from initiation to completion.
o Ability to manage and prioritize a ticket queue effectively.
· Skills:
o Strong organizational and project management capabilities
o Effective time management and workflow planning.
o Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
o Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Ariba and Prism
o Professionalism handling client communication
o Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
o Demonstrated sense of urgency and responsiveness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php60,000.00 per month
