Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Digital Content Manager
to support our digital team with content upload, editing, and quality control within a
Drupal CMS
environment. The ideal candidate should also possess strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of content updates, coordination with internal stakeholders, and consistency across digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Content Management (Drupal CMS)

  • Upload, edit, and format content (text, images, videos, PDFs, etc.) on various Drupal-based websites.
  • Perform thorough QA to validate formatting, responsiveness, and functionality before publishing.
  • Troubleshoot content display issues or CMS-related bugs and escalate as needed.

Project Management

  • Coordinate and track the status of content updates using project management tools.
  • Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are met across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Maintain a clear content update calendar and documentation for internal visibility.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a central point of contact for content-related requests and site update needs
  • Provide regular updates and status reports to the internal digital marketing team.
  • Ensure smooth handoff between content planning, development, and deployment stages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing content in Drupal CMS
  • Strong eye for layout, formatting, and detail in digital environments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with tools like Google Drive, Slack, and project management platforms.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

Additional Information

  • Homebased
  • M to F, 3pm to 12am PH Time
