We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor who is responsible for measuring and mapping land boundaries, features, and contours to support construction, development, and legal requirements. This role ensures accuracy in property boundaries, prepares survey reports, and collaborates with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide essential data for project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field surveys to establish property boundaries, elevations, and land features.
  • Operate surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, drones, and other instruments.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate survey maps, drawings, and legal descriptions.
  • Analyze survey results and verify data accuracy for engineering and construction use.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to provide survey support.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and project specifications.
  • Record and update land and property information in official records.
  • Supervise and guide junior survey staff or assistants on site.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Licensed Land Surveyor (not required but preferred).
  • Proven experience in land surveying, preferably in construction or development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of surveying instruments, GIS, and CAD software.
  • Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various field conditions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
