Job Title: Administrative and Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Oversight:

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficient communication, documentation, and workflow.

Accounting and Financial Management:

  • Oversee accounting activities, including transaction recording, verification, and reporting.
  • Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, taxes).
  • Review and validate financial reports submitted by accounting staff.
  • Monitor monthly payments for utilities, subscriptions, and government contributions.
  • Review company expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash records.
  • Ensure timely filing of tax documents in compliance with BIR regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and accountants for reports and audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in financial matters.

Coordination and Reporting:

  • Work closely with company leadership (President/CEO) on planning, reporting, and policy implementation.
  • Prepare and submit regular administrative and financial reports.
  • Provide recommendations to improve administrative and financial operations.
  • Coordinate with consultants, management, and staff to align company goals with operations.
  • Foster effective communication between departments and promote transparency.
