Job Title: Administrative and Financial Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Oversight:
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficient communication, documentation, and workflow.
Accounting and Financial Management:
- Oversee accounting activities, including transaction recording, verification, and reporting.
- Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, taxes).
- Review and validate financial reports submitted by accounting staff.
- Monitor monthly payments for utilities, subscriptions, and government contributions.
- Review company expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash records.
- Ensure timely filing of tax documents in compliance with BIR regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and accountants for reports and audits.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in financial matters.
Coordination and Reporting:
- Work closely with company leadership (President/CEO) on planning, reporting, and policy implementation.
- Prepare and submit regular administrative and financial reports.
- Provide recommendations to improve administrative and financial operations.
- Coordinate with consultants, management, and staff to align company goals with operations.
- Foster effective communication between departments and promote transparency.
