Position: Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions into the accounting software, including but not limited to invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Invoice Processing: Manage the invoice process, including coding, approval routing, and payment processing.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and track business expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Check Preparation: Preparing, verifying, and processing checks for payments to vendors, employees, or other entities.
  • Check Disbursement: Monitoring the disbursement of checks and other payment instruments, ensuring all outgoing payments are accurate, timely, and properly documented.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage financial records effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
