Quality Engineer

We are looking for highly qualified Quality Engineer to do the following:

Job Description:

1.Prepare and update quality documents such as Control Plans, FMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and inspection standards.

2.Monitor in-process and final inspections and support the approval of first-piece checks.

3.Review daily quality issues, analyze defects, and work with concerned departments to prevent recurrence.

  1. Lead problem-solving activities using 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, or similar methods.

5.Coordinate with customers regarding quality concerns and prepare required reports. 6.Work with suppliers to resolve incoming material issues.

7.Support process capability studies, MSA, SPC monitoring, and gauge calibration activities.

Qualifications:

1.Graduate of Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, or any related engineering course.

2.Experience in automotive or manufacturing is an advantage.

3.Familiar with IATF 16949 requirements, APQP/PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and the 7 QC tools.

  1. Can use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

5.Experience in handling customer complaints and audits.

6.Knowledge in creating PFMEA/Control Plans.

7.Background in continuous improvement or Lean methods.
