Team Lead – Photo Editing & Retouching

Location: Pasay Site (On-site) | Possible Hybrid Setup after 3 months

Schedule: Shifting

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Team Lead – Photo Editing & Retouching to manage a team of photo editors and ensure all visual outputs meet quality and brand standards. You'll oversee image preparation for B2B clients, maintain the company's photo archive, and drive operational efficiency within the creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of photo editors/retouchers.
  • Oversee photo management and tagging in the internal archive system.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of B2B image adaptation (resizing, retouching, background edits, file naming).
  • Collaborate with Creative, B2B, and Operations teams for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain consistency, speed, and quality across all deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Photo Retouching and Team Leadership.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
