About the Role:

As a Service Delivery Associate/Specialist, you will play an important role in managing medical insurance claims accurately and efficiently. You'll help ensure that claims processing runs smoothly, clients stay informed, and any issues are quickly resolved. This role requires someone who can work independently while following clear procedures and communicating professionally with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Insurance Tasks:

    Review, enter, and update insurance claim information with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness. You'll be expected to handle a set volume of work while meeting deadlines.
  • Client Communication:

    Respond to client inquiries and provide updates through clear, polite, and well-structured emails. Maintaining good communication will help build trust and positive relationships.
  • Problem Identification and Resolution:

    Keep an eye out for any errors or delays in your work. Report issues promptly and take initiative to find solutions, either independently or by working with your team.
  • System Operation and Procedure Compliance:

    Use client software and systems to process insurance claims. Follow established workflows and guidelines to ensure quality and compliance, while managing your tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
  • Available for morning shift work
