About the role

As a Customer Expert at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.'s Alabang site, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. With the opportunity to earn up to ₱27,000, this role offers a competitive compensation package without the need for a final interview.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls and providing prompt, courteous, and effective assistance
  2. Listening actively to understand customer needs and concerns, and offering solutions to resolve them
  3. Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  4. Documenting customer interactions and ensuring all necessary information is captured accurately
  5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance
  6. Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  3. Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  4. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
