About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Test Engineer
with hands-on experience in digital banking platforms, wealth management systems (Avaloq), and mobile/web internet banking. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core banking modules, cards, channels, and front-end systems, with a proven track record of managing and executing end-to-end testing for complex banking projects.

  • Test planning, execution, and defect management

  • Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with
    Biller systems
  • Exposure to
    Intellect Collection System
  • Automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
  • API testing (Postman, SoapUI)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
  • Design and execute test cases for mobile and web banking applications.
  • Validate integration points across core banking, cards, and wealth management systems.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or HP ALM.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Participate in UAT and support production deployments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 1 to 7 years of experience in banking domain testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
