  • Provide support to the Finance, Accounting and Admin team.
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • Process accounts payable, receivable and billing
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and petty cash to ensure accuracy
  • Support third-party financial transactions and prepare related reports.
  • Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year accounting experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information professionally
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work with minimum supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php16,500.00 per month
