JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision and with some latitude for the exercise of independent judgment, responsible for the timely facilitation of requests from the Innovations Cluster; and does other related work.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Review of requests for staffing modifications under the Innovations Cluster;

2. Review and standardize Job Descriptions of positions under the Innovations Cluster;

3. Review and facilitates requests for issuance of Special Orders for designation, reassignment, detail and other personnel movement under the Innovations Cluster;

4. Monitor personnel movement on a timely issuance of appropriate Special Order;

5. Assist in the formulation, and implementation, of policies and procedures related to personnel movements;

6. Regularly update the Special Order Database for all the personnel movement;

7. Represent the Division in the National Inspectorate (NI) Visit to DSWD Field Offices Centers and Residential Care Facilities and provide the needed technical assistance and reports;

8. Prepares documentation reports, minutes of the meeting and feedback reports on HR-related activities;

9. Does research, and data mining to gather information and data needed by the Service;

10. Provide technical support to the Field Offices/Offices/Bureaus/Services/Units on workforce planning implementation;

11. Represents the Unit/Division/Service, as appropriate, in relevant HR committees, technical working group/s, office committees, etc. as assigned and provides feedback reports/updates; and

12. Performs other related tasks as assigned or required.
