Job Summary

  • Responsible for the supervision and management of the Remedial Account Officers, Specialists and motorized Collectors of PLC Visayas (Cebu, Bacolod and Iloilo) tasked to provide timely resolution of assigned and endorsed past due Auto and Housing Loans through the approved field collection activities and strategies with the goal of achieving the set targets at minimal cost, pursuant to acceptable loan delinquency ratio, and to generate income through recovery of bad debts and other sources as required.

How will you contribute?

  • Supervises day-to-day activities of the team on field collection and remedial management and recovery/resolution of past due accounts of Auto and Housing loans portfolio assigned to ensure that all worklists assigned are 100% worked and resolved.

What will make you successful?

  • Graduate of Business Management or any related course'
  • With supervisory experience in handling past due consumer loans especially secured, from early to late stage collection up to litigation.
  • Must have 5 to 10 years' experience as AM to SM in Credit and Collection Section, Department, Division or Group gained from Banks, Financial Institutions or Collection Agencies.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in handling multiple Officers from different disciplines is preferable.
  • Dynamic and People Oriented, excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hardworking, Service Oriented, Healthy Interpersonal Relationship and with Leadership competency
