  • Coordinating a correct transition between the drawings and the workshop production ensuring the accuracy of the items, prototypes and other fabricated samples.
  • Coordination, distribution, allocation and review of the results of the drafter's drawings. check & approve.
  • Coordinating the schedules, distributing tasks with the engineers and drafters in an efficient way.
  • Managing drawing revision process, to ensure that only the most up-to date drawings are used and the file naming structure is followed correctly.
  • Ensuring that the project development process has run smoothly and appropriately. From the beginning until the product is ready for mass-production.
  • Work closely with Jig Making section to make sure all jigs fulfill the requirements (precision, quality and durability) to manufacture our products.
  • Research: conducting research into new materials and technology that may be applicable to the production process, this helps in creating more innovative products, more competitive to similar products in the market and serve better customer's needs.
  • Ensure the approval of the pre-production batch product in accordance with the approval sample.
  • Analyzes and implement product improvements adding value to current active products in the market.
  • Improve the quality of production drawings focusing on specific details and critical dimensions facilitating a correct understanding to other departments involved (Production, QA inspection, etc).
  • Works closely with the Head of RDD to make sure all specifications and requirements are accomplished to launch the products on the market on time.
