  • Lease Marketing Officer is responsible for creating ang and executing marketing strategies to attract tenants and maintain high occupancy level of company commercial properties
  • Develops and implements marketing plans, targeted marketing campaigns, and other promotional activities to attract new tenants
  • Identifies and reaches out to potential tenants or lesssees for a lease property
  • Negotiates lease terms, conditions and agreements with prospective tenants
  • Maintains positive relationship with current and potential tenants by addressing inquiries, handling concerns, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Keeps proper recording and filing of leasing activities, contracts/renewals, and communications of tenants.
  • Stays informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions thru surveys and store checks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 to 3 years experience in Leasing, Marketing or Sales (retail, real estate or property management)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated
