Key Responsibilities

· Submission of a comprehensive marketing plan within the first month of each quarter.

4. Campaign Management & Lead Generation

· ROI on marketing campaigns (cost per lead, cost per acquisition).

· Campaign performance based on set KPIs (CTR, impressions, engagement).

5. Content Creation & Advertising

· Quality and effectiveness of content measured through engagement and conversion rates.

· Ad campaign performance (click-through rates, impressions, ROI).

7. Events & Promotional Activities

· Number of successful events executed within budget.

· Attendee engagement and post-event lead generation.

8. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

· Customer satisfaction scores.Retention rates and repeat customer purchases.

9. Budget Management

· Adherence to marketing budget with minimal variances.

· Positive ROI on marketing expenditures.

10. Collaboration & Teamwork

· Effective coordination and communication with other departments.
