Job Description:

  • Actively monitors the progress of construction of on-going project of the company according to industry and company standards, regulations, policies, and specifications
  • Implements policies, standards, and timelines for all the action steps of the Project Management process, namely, (1) Sourcing and Engagement of Contractor, (2) Creation of Construction Management Team, (3) Monitoring and Supervising Construction Progress, (4) Testing & Commissioning, (5) Punch Listing & Handover.
  • Provides data to Project Manager for the completion of Construction Progress Report and highlights concerns / challenges that the team is facing and proposes strategic actions / initiatives to address the concerns / challenges.
  • Ensures that all MEPF / Structural / Civil / Architectural Works are completed within given SLA and Timelines and based on the approved construction drawings.
  • Addresses concerns and issues brought up by the Buyer / Customer during the Testing & Commissioning Phase and the Hand Over and Punch listing phase.
  • Works and fulfills other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time in relation to the fulfillment of deliverables under the key results area.
  • Coordinates with the 3rd Party Property Management Team (during the DLP) for any construction related issues and concerns that may come up while the project is being operated and maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Civil Engineer.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction management role.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a real estate & property development or construction company.
  • Willing to be assigned under Project-Based.
