Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Creating and designing electrical systems, components, and products, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Testing and Analysis: Conducting tests on electrical systems and components to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.
  • Project Management: Managing engineering projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with other engineers and technicians.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identifying and resolving technical issues with electrical systems and equipment, as well as developing and implementing maintenance plans.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensuring that electrical systems and products comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of electrical designs, testing procedures, and maintenance plans.
  • Collaboration: Working with other engineers, technicians, and project managers to ensure successful project completion.
  • Training and Mentorship: Providing technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is typically required, with a master's degree being a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, design software, and testing procedures.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting technical information.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail when designing, testing, and documenting electrical systems.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects effectively, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating resources.
  • Industry Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
