Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Design: Develop detailed project plans, define scope, create timelines, and set budget estimates.
  • Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and other internal teams to align project requirements and goals.
  • Project Execution & Monitoring: Guide the execution of projects, monitor progress, ensure work is completed efficiently, and manage risks.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Track project expenses, approve expenditures, and manage contractor contracts to ensure the project stays within budget.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure projects meet quality standards, engineering specifications, and health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project reports, cost estimates, and technical documents to keep management and stakeholders informed.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil).
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management and/or project engineering roles.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles and relevant design software.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel) and project management software like Microsoft Project.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and team coordination.
  • Organization & Time Management: Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stay on schedule.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, make sound judgments, and resolve problems effectively.
  • Leadership: Experience leading multi-discipline teams is often desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
