As a Marketing Assistant, you'll support social media management, e-commerce operations, and administrative tasks in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about maintaining safe, engaging online spaces. You'll help uphold brand integrity, assist with marketing initiatives, and ensure smooth daily operations while contributing to a mission-driven business.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and moderate social media platforms daily to ensure child safety and brand protection

  • Review and manage followers, blocking inappropriate accounts and removing concerning comments

  • Support marketing activities including basic image cropping and thumbnail creation

  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks across multiple e-commerce platforms

  • Manage Shopify store tasks including product data management and maintenance

  • Generate marketing reports and assist with content tagging

  • Maintain vigilant oversight to ensure the safety of young customers and models online

Requirements

  • Strong English comprehension and written communication skills

  • Proven experience with social media platform management and moderation

  • Shopify experience highly preferred

  • Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools (preferred)

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to identify inappropriate content

  • Strong commitment to child safety and online protection standards

  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
