Role Description
:

We're looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team to success. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people and performance.


Key Responsibilities
:

Coverage Plan Development: Design and implement effective territory and account coverage strategies to maximize market reach and sales opportunities.

Create PJP (Permanent Journey Plan): Develop and maintain structured journey plans for the sales team to ensure efficient field operations and client visits.

Hire: Recruit top-performing sales professionals to build a high-impact team.

Train: Develop onboarding programs and provide ongoing training to ensure team members are equipped with product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.

Discipline: Maintain performance standards and address underperformance with clear expectations and corrective actions when necessary.

Monitor: Track team performance using KPIs and CRM tools, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports and feedback to senior leadership.


Qualifications
:

Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in FMCG.

Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.

Experience in building and managing sales teams.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Results-driven mindset with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
