Job Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Steward Helper to join the Hotel – Restaurant team in Camp John Hay, Baguio. The role will primarily support the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, assisting in dishwashing, and ensuring proper sanitation in all food service areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, pantry, and back-of-house areas
- Ensure proper waste disposal and segregation
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation or other assigned tasks
- Follow hotel and restaurant sanitation and safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- At least High School graduate or equivalent
- With or without experience (training will be provided)
- Physically fit to handle cleaning and dishwashing duties
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
- Can communicate in basic English
- Team player with a positive attitude
