"Product Development Officer"

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Development Officer to join our growing team. This role plays a crucial part in developing, improving, and innovating our product lines to meet market demands and achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will directly report to the Company President and work in close collaboration with the Marketing Department to ensure product development strategies align with customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch.
  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and customer insights.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop and execute product positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, procurement, production) to ensure timely product development.
  • Prepare product development reports and present updates directly to the Company President.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements or enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Development, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in product development, product management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple departments.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Deployment Area: MALINTA, VALENZUELA CITY

Office Schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
