Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Ensure to achieve production targets and endeavor to continuously improve production processes and equipment.
  • Ensure to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets such as; OEE, Material Yield, Internal Rejection and others.
  • Make sure to achieve Budget Performance target in accordance to production plan and schedule
  • Communicates production needs, schedules changes, process problems, success stories. This communication takes place top to bottom, to the Unit Manager, and horizontal across the organization.
  • Supervision of workforce to include directing workflow: reliever for break time, back up for absences, vacations, training, overtime assignments, and shift rotations of operators and production supports.
  • Conduct monthly evaluation performance reviews of his/her subordinates thru GPA
  • Ensuring production documentation is accurate and complete
  • Organizing and analyzing data collected during production
  • Communicate daily with other Supervisors and accomplish daily operation reports.
  • Responsible for updating/gathering information and solving problems to formulate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor productivity improvement such as SGA, QCC, RGCPS, JIT, JIDOKA & 7S
  • Ensure safety adherence all the time.
  • Educate and coach team members on proper techniques, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
  • Supports the company's projects and requirements, particularly those related to ISO

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Engineering courses
  • At least with experience in production operation or any related position
  • Can work even for night shift
