DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation of machines and equipment.
  • Perform inspections, prepare labor and materials estimates, and ensure proper maintenance documentation.
  • Improve preventive maintenance systems to reduce downtime and costs while maximizing productivity.
  • Lead electro-mechanical projects to enhance plant performance and maintenance efficiency.
  • Monitor and review maintenance activities for continuous system improvement.
  • Provide inputs for preventive and corrective maintenance enhancements.
  • Support improvement and sustainability initiatives.
  • Diagnose complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues.
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination with technicians, EMD staff, and supervisors.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Electrical or Electromechanical course
  • Knowledgeable in productivity systems
  • Skilled in electrical, mechanical, and design work
  • Computer literate with strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Possesses teamwork, urgency, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
