DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze, control and ensure constant tracking of monitored items movement (fast moving, regular, slow, non moving and for pruning) and classify what SKU's are made to stock (MTS) and made to order (MTO) based on inventory movement.
Responsible in conducting timely replenishment of stocks based on established ROP standards.
Analyze forecast demand.
Coordinate job order transaction with co-material controller, production planner and purchaser and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader for incoming items, transfer, and other related activities (warehouse stocks, accuracy, capacity and forecast).
Conduct cycle audit based on agreed schedule to verify records of inventory versus physical count.
Ensure that targets set by department are controlled, monitored, met, analyzed and acted upon if not attained.
Perform cross functional activities that may be assigned from time to time in relation to the current job.
Determine corrective and preventive actions to resolve recurring problems by applying 7 QC tools.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for endorsement to immediate superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Equivalent.
Related experience is an advantage.
Can work with less supervision.
Good communication skills both written and oral.
