**Job Description:**

TASQ is urgently hiring for the role of Financial Service Account Customer Service Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to start a career in the BPO industry.

**Job Qualifications:**

- Highly proficient in English with strong communication skills.

- Previous experience in BPO is preferred but not required; newcomers are encouraged to apply.

- High school graduates from the old curriculum are eligible.

**Job Benefits:**

- 22-day training program with a training allowance.

- 1,000 PHP work arrangement subsidy, prorated based on attendance.

- On-site work setup is required.

- HMO benefits available 2-3 weeks after starting.

- 20 PTO days annually, along with government contributions.

- 10% night differential and overtime pay.

- An internal point system that provides free coffee and meals.
