About the role

Frontline Source and Allied Services' is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Promodiser to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As a Sales Promodiser, you will play a crucial role in promoting and driving sales for our diverse client base within the retail and consumer products industry. What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging directly with customers to showcase and demonstrate our client's products
  2. Ensuring effective product placement and optimal in-store visibility
  3. Maintaining and restocking product displays to keep them visually appealing
  4. Collecting customer feedback and sharing insights to inform product and marketing strategies
  5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to provide a consistently high level of customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a similar sales or promotional role within the retail or consumer products industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
  4. Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude to deliver an outstanding in-store experience
  5. Good organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain well-presented product displays
  6. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required
