Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and provide an excellent shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of the store's products, services, promotions, and policies to effectively inform and guide customers.
  • Sales & Transactions: Process payments, issue receipts, and handle customer returns and exchanges in a professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the sales floor is clean and organized, restock shelves, assist with inventory management, and arrange product displays.
  • Sales Goals: Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to the organization's overall business growth.
  • Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive store image.
