Job Summary

This position is generally responsible for overseeing and directing the construction and completion of a Residential Development Project from conception to completion. Primarily responsible in ensuring that it is finished according to approved For Construction Plans and Specification in time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • At least 5 to 10 years experience in construction industry with a minimum of three (3) years in supervisory capacity
  • Experience in completing a High Rise Building construction is an advantage
  • In-depth understanding of local building codes, construction procedures, and material and project management principles
  • Knowledge in Construction methodologies and procedures is a must
  • With excellent analytical and organizational skills
