An Aircon Leadman/Foreman supervises air conditioning and HVAC technicians by leading installation, maintenance, and repair projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to schedules, and reporting progress to superiors.

  • Supervision: Lead and guide aircon technicians, providing clear instructions and ensuring tasks are completed correctly.
  • Installation & Repair: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of various air conditioning and HVAC systems.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and that safety protocols are followed.
  • Reporting: Monitor project progress, keep accurate records of work done, and provide timely reports to management.
  • Technical Leadership: Act as the technical expert, troubleshooting issues and explaining problems and needed repairs to clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php745.00 per day
