Civil Foreman

• Supervision: Lead and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and their daily tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Planning and Scheduling: Interpret project plans, read blueprints and method statements, and coordinate with other staff to schedule work and complete phases on time.
• Quality Control: Inspect all work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations, ensure proper safety procedures are followed, and manage the proper use of tools and equipment to prevent accidents and waste.
• Resource Management: Ensure workers have the necessary tools, equipment, and materials. Monitor and prevent the misuse of resources.
• Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the crew and management. Report daily accomplishments, progress, and any issues that arise.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any on-site problems or conflicts that occur during construction.
• Documentation: Maintain and submit accurate daily logs, progress reports, and other required documentation

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
