• Supervision:

Lead and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and their daily tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Interpret project plans, read blueprints and method statements, and coordinate with other staff to schedule work and complete phases on time.
- Quality Control:

Inspect all work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Safety and Compliance:

Enforce all safety regulations, ensure proper safety procedures are followed, and manage the proper use of tools and equipment to prevent accidents and waste.
- Resource Management:

Ensure workers have the necessary tools, equipment, and materials. Monitor and prevent the misuse of resources.
- Communication:

Act as the main point of contact between the crew and management. Report daily accomplishments, progress, and any issues that arise.
- Problem Solving:

Address and resolve any on-site problems or conflicts that occur during construction.
- Documentation:

Maintain and submit accurate daily logs, progress reports, and other required documentation
