Objective:

Deliver accurate and actionable data to support business continuity, performance, and decision-making. This role enables operations leaders and clients through data creation, visualization, and analysis aligned with organizational goals.

  • Complete training and participate in improvement initiatives.
  • Apply analytics to support decisions and optimize processes.
  • Provide global support with a strong customer focus.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Collaborate to meet service delivery goals.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and analyze reports for internal and external use.
  • Create clear, audience-specific presentations.
  • Maintain organized and confidential documentation.
  • Track KPIs and SLAs to support performance management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Communications, Psychology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in reporting or administrative support.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Flexible to work in APJ/EMEA shifts.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), collaboration tools, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Open to performing administrative tasks as needed.
  • Preferably with stable tenure (3+ years per role) in BPO or outsourcing.

Preferred Skills:
  • Skilled in creating insightful, audience-specific reports.
  • Strong business acumen and trend analysis.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
  • Proficient in BI/reporting tools and data analytics.
  • Experience in Service Management or Shared Services.
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, Agile, or similar methodologies.
