SALES ASSOCIATE (MANILA BASED)

Location: Malate, Manila

With Transportation Reimbursement for Field Work

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our real estate and events sales team. This role focuses on looking for new clients, selling and promoting Rosary Hills Conference Center as a venue for retreats, seminars, organizational events, and more — through on-site and field work.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively search for and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell real estate properties.
  • Promote and sell Rosary Hills Conference Center to target clients including retreat groups, schools, organizations, and companies.
  • Conduct site visits and property tours.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Maintain excellent customer service before and after sales.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with sales experience (real estate or events sales background is a plus but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to do on-site and field work.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
