Generally responsible for reviewing client claims, determining allowable benefits, and escalate disputes to Arbitration unit to ensure smooth claims process and customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration or any related business course
2. At least 1 year relevant work experience in Claims and Arbitration or similar field preferred.
3. Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Good interpersonal skills and sense of customer service.
3. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
4. Strong organization and project management skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Facilitate communication between disputants to guide parties toward mutual agreement
2. Clarify issues, concerns, needs, and interests of all parties involved
3. Conduct initial meetings with disputants to outline claims process
4. Interview claimants, branch staffs, regional QC or witnesses to obtain information about disputed issues
5. Responsible for handling complaints about abnormal shipments within the company, including lost, damaged, delayed and other express shipments
6. Responsible for complaints and grievances between outlets
7. Responsible for the summary and analysis of the Arbitration Department's statements
8. Communicate with the Regions to identify the responsible unit of the filed cases
9. Responsible for handling customer complaints (loss, damage, delay)
10. Settle procedural matters such as fees, or determine details such as witness numbers or time requirements
11. Process daily report of claims cases filed
12. Defending the cases submitted for approval of the claims and penalty.
13. Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed
