Responsibilities

  • Monitor the capping process, inspect outputs (caps on correctly, torque correct, no leaks or mis‑caps) and remove or flag defective units.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance, cleaning, sanitization, and line clearances as required.
  • Maintain production records (batch logs, shift logs, equipment logs), ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to troubleshoot equipment or process issues and escalate when needed.
  • Ensure good housekeeping, line cleanliness, and safe working conditions at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent .
  • Previous manufacturing, packaging or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Ability to understand machine settings, change‐parts, perform basic adjustments.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, regulatory guidelines.
