Position: Data Entry Specialist
Department: Operations / Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.
- Ensure all data entries meet quality and accuracy standards (ACC).
- Verify information for errors and inconsistencies, correct mistakes as necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries from collected data.
- Follow confidentiality protocols for sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
- Fast typing speed with high accuracy (ACC).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
