Job Description: Data Entry Specialist

Position: Data Entry Specialist

Department: Operations / Administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.
  • Ensure all data entries meet quality and accuracy standards (ACC).
  • Verify information for errors and inconsistencies, correct mistakes as necessary.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries from collected data.
  • Follow confidentiality protocols for sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
  • Fast typing speed with high accuracy (ACC).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
