Qualifications : College graduate / Vocational Course / High school graduate /

General Education Diploma (GED) Certificate

Skills : Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock control

and documentation.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software or systems.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in stock handling and storage.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

· Receive incoming stock and verify its accuracy against purchase orders or delivery documentation.

· Inspect and check the quality of received goods, reporting any damages or discrepancies to relevant personnel

· Properly label and categorize inventory items for easy identification and retrieval.

· Sort, tag, and organize stock within the designated storage areas, optimizing space utilization and accessibility.

· Maintain stock levels and reorder as necessary to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.

Stock Control and Documentation

· Update inventory records and stock management systems accurately and in a timely manner.

· Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile physical stock with system records.

· Coordinate with finance or accounting teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date valuation of inventory.

· Prepare stock reports, including stock levels, stock movements, and stock discrepancies.

· Monitor stock aging and identify any slow-moving or obsolete stock for appropriate action.

Stock Distribution and Retrieval

· Fulfill stock requests from internal departments or customers, ensuring accurate picking and preparation.

· Properly pack and label stock for distribution, ensuring its integrity and protection during transit.

· Maintain accurate records of stock movement, tracking stock transfers or returns.

· Collaborate with logistics or transportation teams to coordinate stock deliveries or retrievals efficiently.

Compliance and Safety

· Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in handling and storing stock.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to inventory control.

· Monitor and enforce proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting good housekeeping practices.

Stock Organization and Improvement

· Optimize stock organization and layout within the warehouse or storeroom for efficient stock retrieval.

· Identify opportunities to improve stock control processes and streamline inventory management.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and process enhancements.

· Suggest and participate in improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve accuracy, and enhance efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
