Position Title: Social Media & Community Manager (Architecture Focus)
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Morning
Salary: Php 35,000 – Php 55,000

The client is a premium architectural photography studio specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. They work closely with architects, builders, and interior designers to deliver professional, consistent, high-quality visual content. The team culture values initiative, creativity, and autonomy - no micromanagement.
A portfolio is required for this role (social content + light photo editing).
The Social Media & Community Manager will represent the studio as its digital voice. You will manage the daily social ecosystem—primarily Instagram—to strengthen brand presence, grow an architecture-aligned audience, and nurture leads. This includes writing architecture-aware captions, engaging with industry professionals, and supporting light content production.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Social Media Management

• Engage with architects, builders, and interior designers.

• React to stories and actively participate in community conversations.

• Leave thoughtful comments and follow relevant accounts.

• Respond to all comments and DMs within work hours.
Content Creation & Caption Writing

• Write personalized, architecture-informed captions (zero generic/AI tone).

• Schedule or publish 2–4 posts weekly across platforms.

• Assist with light content edits and visual preparation.
Community Growth & Lead Nurturing

• Maintain VIP, regular, and do-not-contact lists.

• Track new followers, follow-backs, and potential high-value accounts.

• Identify and nurture warm leads through consistent engagement.
Reporting & Insights

• Prepare weekly metrics: follower movement, engagement, outreach activity, and leads generated.

• Provide highlights, screenshots, and recommendations for improvement.
Proposals & Collateral Support

• Build and deliver proposals within 24 hours using Canva templates.

• Adjust copy and images based on client deliverables.
Website & Multi-Platform Support

• Perform light updates on Framer pages (copy + recent projects).

• Create tailored content for Facebook and LinkedIn.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media management or community engagement.

• Strong written English with a natural, conversational voice.

• Ability to reference architectural materials and details in captions.

• Experience working with premium or visually driven brands.

• Basic Photoshop skills (exposure fixes, cropping, minor corrections).

• Proficiency with Canva, Dropbox, Google Sheets, and analytics tools.

Preferred Knowledge

• Familiarity with architectural and interior design vocabulary (e.g., off-form concrete, trani/travertine, joinery details).

• Experience interacting with design-focused or architecture-driven audiences.
