As a Product Advisors, you will play a vital role in showcasing our products to potential customers, driving sales, and ensuring a positive brand experience. You will actively engage with customers in retail environments and assist them in finding the perfect laptop based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion: Actively promote and demonstrate a variety of laptop models to customers in stores or during events.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend laptops that best fit their requirements.
  • Sales Support: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting laptop features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge about the latest laptop models, specifications, and trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Merchandising: Ensure that all laptops and related accessories are displayed in an attractive and organized manner, ensuring visibility and accessibility.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and building strong customer relationships.
  • Market Research: Collect feedback from customers about laptop preferences and competition to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales progress, customer feedback, and inventory updates.

Qualification:

  • At least Senior High Graduate (ICT and TECHVOC - major of CSS or GAS Strand)
  • Sales Experience (Telco, Appliances or IT)
  • Have knowledge on Laptops Specification

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of laptops, accessories, and technology trends.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php695.00 per day
